With a curated list of low-intervention wines from small, family-run vineyards and a menu designed for sharing, it’s where locals come to relax, celebrate, and linger over meaningful moments. With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Liza Meli has long been a driving force in Miami’s food and wine scene. A native of Sydney , Australia with Greek Roots and a proud Miami local, Liza brings a truly global perspective to everything she creates. Her passion for Mediterranean flavors, interesting wines, and heartfelt hosting led her to open No Reservations Restaurant and Wine Bar in 2023—an intimate space that reflects her warm, eclectic spirit.

Liza’s journey began in some of Miami’s most celebrated restaurants, where she earned a reputation for blending casual sophistication with genuine hospitality. She has worn many hats—sommelier, operator, creative curator—but her gift lies in making guests feel at home from the moment they walk in.

Her vision for No Reservations was simple: create a place where people could enjoy honest food, beautifully made wines, and spontaneous connections—without pretense or pressure. Whether she’s behind the bar pouring her latest wine find or greeting guests with her signature warmth, Liza’s presence is unmistakable.
